DR. CHHEANG VANNARITH

Dr CHHEANG Vannarith is a public policy analyst and social innovator. He has over 15 years of hands-on experience across the academic, public, and private sectors. Currently he serves as Chairman of Advisory Council of the National Assembly of Cambodia and Chairman of Angkor Social Innovation Park- a social enterprise dedicated to supporting innovation capacity of SMEs in Cambodia. Prior to these appointments, he was the President at the Asian Vision Institute, visiting fellow at ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, lecturer at the University of Leeds, Southeast Asia Consultant at the Nippon Foundation, Executive Director at the Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace, and Assistant to Defence Minister of Cambodia. His research interests focus on innovation and leadership, and the geopolitics and geoeconomics of Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific.
