MR. LI XINGYU, male, master of economics. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the 10th China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Chairman and Party Secretary of Returned Overseas Chinese Federation in Shandong Province. Member of the Standing Committee of the 13th Shandong Provincial People’s Congress, deputy chairman of the National Overseas Chinese Affairs and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Shandong Provincial People’s Congress.
