MR ANDREW KHOO

Andrew Khoo Boo Yeow is the Chairman and CEO of The MUI Group, a multi-national group of companies with businesses in the hotel, retail, property and fast-food chain sectors.

Mr. Khoo is a youthful, visionary leader with over 17 years of broad experience, especially in the food, retailing and hospitality sectors in which he had previously held senior management positions.

In addition to being the Chairman and CEO of Malayan United Industries Berhad, Mr Khoo is also the Executive Chairman and CEO of MUI Properties Berhad; Executive Director of Pan Malaysia Corporation Berhad and Chairman of Metrojaya Berhad and West Synergy Sdn. Bhd.

He is also a Director of London Vista Hotel Limited (UK), Regent Corporation (USA), A & W (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia), and The Benjamin Barker Group Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). He is the past President of the Franchising and Licensing Association (Singapore).

Mr. Khoo, who holds a Degree in Law and Master of Arts from Cambridge University, was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn, UK in 2002. He also holds an MBA from Seattle Pacific University (USA); and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science and minoring in Economics from the University of Victoria (Canada).
