Catherine Chan is a highly acclaimed female entrepreneur from Hong Kong who graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant. She holds the esteemed title of Honorable Fellow of the Fellowship of the Social Enterprise Research Academy (SERA) and is the winner of the 3rd Golden Bauhinia Women Entrepreneur Award. Ms. Catherine Chan has made history as the first female winner of the Real Estate Personality of the Year award at the PropertyGuru Awards, and most recently, she was honored with the Chinese Role Model Outstanding Women Award in Beijing.

As the Founder & Executive Director of Urban Village & Factory Phnom Penh of Goldfame Group, Ms. Catherine Chan has spearheaded the development of the largest HonF Kong condominium in Cambodia, which has garnered over 30 prestigious awards. Goldfame Group is a prominent Hong Kong investor in Cambodia with a diverse portfolio encom-passing garment manufacturing, forestry, finance, and real estate development-a legacy spanning over three decades. Additionally, Ms. Catherine Chan serves as the Founder and Honorary Chairlady of the Cambodia Chinese Commerce Association.
